First of all, on behalf of the management of the H.O. Company, please allow me to send my deep appreciations to your fruitful and effective work in 2010.
The past one year witnesses the staff’s attempt to provide quality services for consumers in joint efforts under the rough condition when the market was not fully recovered and when the Company reduced the cabin seats, thus ensuring the overachievement of operational indicators in 2010.
Meanwhile, other businesses of the Company also witness great leaps.
In expecting 2011, though the economic situation is still obscure and the development still faces serious challenges, the outstanding team of our Company can guarantee our confidence for the future.
2011 is sure to be a year of overall development for the Company.
We are to report the major work outline of 2011 as follows and hope we will receive understandings and supports from each staff member:
1. Constantly Perfecting and Intensifying Services for Consumers
The Company will set up a consumers’ services centre, constantly set up such measures as VIP consumers’ service special line and building corporate 400 call centre (unified company service phone: 400-626-6000).
What we must believe are: outstanding services for consumers shall constantly enhance levels of satisfaction and praise from consumers, thus rooting solid foundations for their good loyalty.
2. Perfect Domestic Network, Intensifying Self-sales of Commodities in an All-around Way
Based on finishing to set up branch institutions of Wuhan, Chongqing, Xi’an and Kunming etc and of further perfecting subsidiaries in Ningbo, Guangzhou and Dalian, it is to perfect the agency network in seashore and lakeshore portals and large and medium cities in the inland China while to increase the number of sales men and to enhance sales degree of self-sales of commodities.
3. Overall Implementation of Promotion E-Commerce
The concept of e-commerce shall be intensified and promoted of its implications in the whole company and we ask your approval and participation, thus gradually forming daily working habits. Through updating and reforming the corporate website, communication between the company and consumers, between the consumer and the staff and between staff members will be more smooth and timely, thus enhancing the satisfaction level of consumers, increasing sales quota and marketing occupation rate and reducing costs etc. Loyalty for the corporate brands of consumers will be thus enhanced and finally, a strong brand capital will be accumulated. The brand capital will provide a strong and powerful assurance for a more firm relationship of the Company and its staff.
